The prospective professional will be expected to have a strong foundation and expertise to formal SDLC process and also be expected to be through in Application development on J2EE environments – Java, Application Servers, Web Services, Struts, Hibernate.ADM 201, CON201 Salesforce.com Certified.3-4 years of software development experience in Saleforce.com or CRM with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects.Overall IT Experience of 7-8 years out of which 4-5 years in Siebel CRM Marketing.Atleast 2 implementation projects in Siebel 8 Marketing with MRM.Two projects in Banking/Cards domain.Expertise in EIM, EAI (Webservices, Http, SOAP, MQ), Workflow, Config, EIM, PL/SQL etc..Siebel CRM configuration / scripting / EAI experience on Siebel 8.0.Strong experience in Order Management/eConfigurator,Workflow processes, Assignment Manager and State model,Oracle 9i/10G.6 to 8 years experience as a Siebel Server Admin and configurator.
