Candidate must have 5-8 yrs. exp.in Tendering and Estimation; Civil Engineers : Graduate / Diploma Civil Engineer with 2-8 yrs of exp.in Hydro, Dam, Underground Projects; Quantity Survey : Graduate Civil Engineer with 10-20 yrs.of exp.in client and subcontractor billing, Mainly in Hydro/Underground projects billing
