Project Leader(Project Transition Team)

Job Description:

• 7 to 10 years of relevant F&A experience.
• BPO F&A experience mandatory.
• Should have done at least 2 onsite transitions.
• Excellent Communication Skill, convincing skill & client management (Both internal & External).
• Should be able to manage Project team members to complete deliverables on time with quality.
• Thorough knowledge of Finance & Accounting towers (AP, AR, GL, Interco FA etc.)
• Thorough Knowledge in MS Visio.
• Experience in process map creation.
• MS Projects knowledge, Transition management experience & PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Project Senior Analyst(Project Transition Team)

Job Description:

• 5-7 years of relevant F&A experience
• BPO F&A experience mandatory
• Should have at least 1 onsite transition experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Thorough knowledge of any one tower(AP,AR,GL, Interco or FA)
• Experience in process documentation.
• Experience in process map creation.
• Project management knowledge & MS Visio knowledge will be an added advantage
