Director Of Quality: BA / BS degree: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering MBA CMQ/OE, CQA, 10 years experience in Quality systems implementation and management with 7 years as a CQE/CQM in a mid-size manufacturing environment; Machine Operator: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read/write/converse fluently in English Perform basic math calculations Basic computer skills for job tracking and time keeping 1-2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment using lathes, mills, bandsaws; Design Engineer : Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Acoustics or related discipline and 10 years of experience in the engineering design, analysis and prototyping of piezoelectric products is required. Position requires experience in transducer design analysis and modeling of acoustic transducers using 3D Finite Element software.
