Customer Service Manager:strong business,market & customer understanding with a passion to delight the customer through service.Chief Engineer Instructor:Deliver Technical courses as a instructor,Electrical,Hydraulic,Reefer,automation.Design & develop new courses and contribute to research in Maersk Training.Assist in delivering courses to both Maersk as well as other customers.Procurement dept experience of a reputed Engineering/Process Industry,preference to Port Industry experience.Familiarity with ERP.knowledge of Import procedures and Indian Taxes like Excise,VAT,CST.Must have an overall view of the business processes,purchasing practices,Import procedures.Must be able to exercise good judgement in order to set priorities.Ensures availability of required Material and Services to users at Right Price,Right Quality at Right Time and at Right place.Releasing Purchase/Service Orders and Blanket agreements through IFS(ERP System) as per laid down company policies.
